INGREDIENTS:
Organic (lavender, rose petals, calendula, rosemary, motherwort, yarrow, mugwort, wormwood, plantain leaf)
DIRECTIONS:
Bring a pot (8 cups) of water to a rolling boil. Add yoni steams herbs, turn off the hear and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Adjust the herbs water in seating arrangement. Wrap yourself in towels to contain heat and sit comfortably for 15-30 minutes. Repeat this process up to 2-3 times monthly, before and after your menstrual cycle if applicable. Once the steam is finished rising, discard the tea and herbs. Make sure that you remain covered, then go to a warm bed and lie down for 60 minutes. It is essential that you keep yourself covered. Sweating is normal as the benefits from your steam continue to work to detox your body.
